How to be trade waste compliant when a standard grease trap won’t fit?
Increasingly commercial kitchens want to open in niche locations, and…
• there is no suitable drainage and/or no space to locate an approved traditional grease trap, or
• the existing grease trap is undersized because:
o the tenant has added new greasy waste fixtures to their kitchen, and/or
o a tenancy has converted from retail to hospitality adding to the oil and grease burden.
Let Viking’s Grease Raider active grease trap do the heavy lifting!
The Grease Raider is installed under a bench near the greasy water discharge and removes fat, oil, and grease from the wastewater. The Grease Raider is fully automated completing six cycles every day to remove oil and grease from the system and ensuring that the water leaving the trap does not contaminate the wastewater network and our streams. The Grease Raider is approved by Water Authorities and is installed in supermarkets, restaurants, airports, cafes and takeaways across Australia.
