Viking Plastics grease trap NGV

The National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) is an organisation synonymous with quality.  Founded in 1861, the NGV is the oldest public art museum in Australia.  With over 2 million visitors each year, the NGV is a busy wedding and function centre with five restaurants and cafes.

When it came to replacing the NGV’s grease traps, Viking Plastics was the NGV’s supplier of choice.  Viking Plastics’ grease traps were installed in the underground car park providing ease of access.
