Custom Made Grease Trap:
Viking Plastics was recently contacted by a large retail butcher shop who needed a custom made grease trap “chop, chop!”
The butcher shop located in regional Victoria, had a “need it now” requirement for a 2400 litre below ground custom made grease trap.

Custom made products normally require several days to manufacture. In this instance, Viking Plastics’ highly skilled production team produced the butcher’s grease trap in just ten hours!
The grease trap was manufactured using Paneltim®, a lightweight, sandwich panel with an internal honeycomb cell structure that has superior strength and rigidity and requires little reinforcement. An innovative feature of this grease trap was the use of the newly designed Paneltim® access lid with 600mm diameter spigots (covers included). This resulted in a very easy to install grease trap for our regional butcher.
